This package is for you if you enjoy taking care of the planning phase on your own!
Here’s what we’ll do:

  • Three (3) Client/Planner Meetings (in person/video chat)
  • Unlimited Contact via Email
  • Production of a Detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
  • Review and confirm vendor contracts
  • Detailed Timeline sent to all vendors for review
  • “Check ins” on bride & groom
  • Check ins ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track
  • Confirming Arrangements: Checking delivery dates. Arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. with all vendors
  • Join you in the final venue walk through
  • One assistant Coordinator per 75 - 100 guests
  • Manage flow & timing of ceremony and reception
  • Direct Vendors to their places
  • Act as a Liaison between wedding party, family members & Vendors
  • Collect/Coordinate final payments for specific vendors
  • Collect Wedding day items (marriage license, guest signing items, cake knife, cake topper, toasting flutes, favors, programs, place cards, etc.- usually gathered and given to planner the day before wedding)
  • Confirm bridal suite/accommodations are confirmed and ready for Bride and Groom
  • We will arrive early and ensure the wedding day extravaganza is created in a way that meets all your expectations
  • Be ready for any unexpected situations!

This package is for you if you look forward to the planning process and want to accomplish most things on your own but need a little assistance.
Here’s what we’ll do:

  • Six (6) Client/Planner Meetings (in person/video chat)
  • Five (5) Vendor Meetings for the Wedding Planner to attend in the categories of your choice: DJ, florist, Caterer, Cake Tasting, Dress Fitting, etc.
  • Unlimited Contact via Email
  • Monthly “check ins” on bride & groom to ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track
  • Production of a Detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
  • Review of Vendor Contracts
  • Confirming Arrangements: Checking delivery dates. Arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. with all vendors
  • Detailed Timeline sent to all vendors for review
  • Confirmations of all Wedding Vendors
  • Assistance with wording of all stationary
  • Event Design, Theme & Decor Assistance
  • Food & Beverage Assistance

  • Budget Management (tracking of all payments & due dates)

  • Attending Venue/Client Meeting
